A Georgian oak dresser base, early 1800’s. Good honey colour, polished and with nice patina. The rectangular top with moulded edge above a single drawer and pair of cupboard doors enclosing fixed shelving. Flanked by six other drawers, all of which run smoothly. Raised on bracket feet. The majority of drawer linings all of oak, those that have been restored over time replaced with pine. Later bun handles, that have replaced the original brass. Overall condition is good, with males and knocks commensurate with age and use. A solid and very heavy item.
