A contemporary large Francois Kartel ‘Ghost’ mirror with crimson frame, by designer Phillipe Starck, for Heal’s. Moulded from tinted transparent polycarbonate, a classically styled frame with simple mirrored surface. Starck, an inspirational designer in recent times and is renowned for exquisite furniture right through to lemon squeezers! This mirror can still be purchased today in white or black, and retails at £620. This is a bargain at the money, particularly as the red is no longer available. Can be hung portrait or landscape. A couple of minor marks.
