Painted Victorian Press
Painted Victorian Press
£1,350.00
A truly wonderful 19th century Victorian pine linen press, in original painted decoration. The separate cornice is a later replacement for the original, sits on a pair of cupboard doors that open to a decorated interior with three original sliding trays. The base section fitted with two short over two long drawers with later handles. One drawer with a repair to the lining. All in good solid order, raised on plinth base the base. Lots of losses to the paint all over as you can see on the photos. But a real thing of beauty.
