A good mid 20th century pale blue Baluchi carpet. Traditionally hand made around the borders of Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan, these carpets are generally known for their rich colours, but also the paler blues or oranges such as this one. Intricate geometric design with borders of similar geometric patterns. Some fading, but minimal wear. Unusual to find one in this soft Swedish blue colourway.
